Terms and conditions

Translation: This English text is provided for convenience. Only the German version is legally binding; in case of differences the German version prevails. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to all contracts concluded via this website (Clientnest). Provider and contracting party: Sunfield – owner: Lukas-Domenik Sonnenfeld, address see Imprint, email: sunfieldsupport@gmail.com (“we”). This offer is directed exclusively at businesses (traders within the meaning of § 14 German Civil Code, BGB), not at consumers. German law applies (see section “Final provisions”).

2. Countries

We supply businesses worldwide, except countries subject to sanctions (BY, CU, IR, KP, RU, SY, UA-43, UA-DPR, UA-LPR). Businesses in the EU must provide a valid VAT ID. We supply digital products and services only – no physical goods, no customs.

3. Conclusion of contract

The packages shown are not a binding offer. Online purchase: on the order page you check package and price, enter your email and country and confirm the required notes. By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” and completing payment with Stripe you make a binding offer; we accept it by order confirmation email, at the latest within two working days after payment. Enquiry: for packages with the button “Enquire” you receive our offer by email; the contract is concluded when you accept it.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in EUR. As a small business under § 19 German VAT Act no VAT is charged. Any import VAT, local taxes or fees in your country are not charged by us; for businesses outside Germany the reverse-charge rules of your country apply. Payment in advance via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and more); for offers by email, payment by invoice.

5. Subscriptions, term and cancellation

Subscriptions start when access is activated and run for the period shown (one month or one year). They renew for the same period unless cancelled before. For consumers, a subscription longer than one month continues after the first term for an indefinite period and can then be cancelled at any time with one month's notice. You can cancel at any time to the end of the current period by email or via the button “Cancel contracts here” in the footer of every page; you receive a confirmation with date and time. After the end you can export your data for 30 days.

6. Services

We provide services as described for the package or in our offer and agree dates with you. You provide necessary information and access in time, only via the secure channel we name. No specific economic result is owed.

7. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act; for slight negligence only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Our content and tools help you organise things; they do not replace legal, tax, financial or medical advice.

8. Final provisions

Contract language: German and English; the German version of these terms prevails. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is the provider's registered office. We do not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.

Software as an online service

We provide the software as an online service. Features and limits of each plan are shown on the pricing page. Short interruptions for maintenance are possible; a specific availability is only promised if expressly stated. Your data belongs to you: export any time (CSV/JSON); 30 days after the end of the contract we delete your content. Templates and calculators are aids – you remain responsible for the tax and legal correctness of your documents. If you process personal data of third parties in the service, we act as your processor under Art. 28 GDPR; the data processing agreement is part of the German terms (AGB, annex).
