Questions
Can I import my existing list?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file, or order the import service and we do it for you.
Who is it for?
Businesses, freelancers and sole traders. We sell to companies only, so you enter your business name when you sign up.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and end at the end of the paid month. Yearly plans end at the end of the paid year. You can also cancel by email.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. You can export your data as CSV or PDF at any time, including after cancelling.
How do you treat my data?
We store only what the tool needs. No ads, no tracking, no selling of data. A data processing agreement is available on request.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and needs no payment card, so you can try it with real work first.
What about tax on my invoices?
The tool prints a tax note field you control (for example small-business exemption, reverse charge or standard VAT). It does not replace tax advice - check the rules for your country with your adviser.
What does it cost - any VAT on top?
Prices are final prices. We are a German small business, so no VAT is charged (section 19 German VAT Act). You receive an invoice for every payment.
