Who is this for?
Businesses and self-employed professionals. We sell business services only; private customers are not served on this site.
Does the AI send anything on its own?
No. Drafts are never sent automatically. A person reads and sends every reply.
Where is my data processed?
We sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with you. The exact tools and locations are named in your offer before anything starts.
What about VAT?
Sunfield is a German small business (Kleinunternehmer, section 19 German VAT Act): no VAT is charged. EU companies: please add your VAT ID, reverse charge applies where required. Other countries: not taxable in Germany.
Can I cancel?
Monthly care plans can be cancelled monthly. One-time setups are business services; your rights are described in the Terms.
