Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sunfield – owner: Lukas-Domenik Sonnenfeld, c/o Impressumservice Dein-Impressum, Stettiner Str. 41, 35410 Hungen, Germany, phone: +49 157 9234 1658, email: sunfieldshops@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also withdraw online via “Withdraw from contract”; we will then confirm receipt, including content, date and time, without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts on digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once we have begun performance after you (1) expressly consented to us beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, (2) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and (3) we provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (email). You give this consent with the mandatory checkbox on the order page.
