How do I create a shift schedule?

Decide which shifts there are and how long they are. Then enter the shift per person and day. The template counts the hours and shows how many people are in each day.

What do E, L, N, D and V mean?

E is early shift, L late shift, N night shift, D day shift and V leave (vacation). Leave does not count as working hours in this template.

Why does a rest-period warning appear?

If an early or day shift follows right after a night shift on the next day, the template points this out. Check yourself which rest periods apply to you. This is not legal advice.
