Goal minus what you have saved, divided by the months. Example: 3,000 € in 12 months is 250 € per month. With interest the amount is slightly lower.
Should I enter interest?
Only if you really get it. The calculator uses monthly compounding and no taxes. With 0 % you are on the safe side.
What is the weekly amount for?
The same sum in smaller steps. The calculator shows the weekly amount as a guide, for example for a piggy bank.
