Frequently asked questions
Is the start day counted?
No. From Monday to Tuesday is 1 day. With the box "Include the end date" the last day is added, so it is 2 days.
What are working days?
Here Monday to Friday. Public holidays are not subtracted because they differ between regions. In some contracts Saturday also counts as a working day.
How many days does a year have?
365 days, 366 in a leap year. Between 1 January and 31 December there are 364 days, or 365 with the end date.
How do I work out a deadline?
Choose "Date plus days", enter the start day and the days. The result is the day the deadline ends, without moving it for weekends and public holidays. Legal deadlines follow special rules.
